New layout!
My blog kind of looks awesome now. I love creating new layouts — it reminds me of bygone days in Livejournal. Livejournal was so great, you guys. I miss the mood icons.
I bought two weirdly punctuated books today: Student’s Go Vegan Cookbook and Knit.101: The Indespensable Self-Help Guide to Knitting and Crochet. Both were purchased from Powell’s Books in Portland, the “largest new and used bookstore in the world.” I’m really hesitant to praise Portland these days. There was a time in my life I would have given anything to live there, but since Stuff White People Like came out, I just cringe every time I pass a gourmet cheese shop.
